Contract Administration

Our contract administration services help take your project from RIBA Stage 4 technical drawings to RIBA Stage 7 completed and in use buildings. We work alongside many different contracts including JCT, NEC, RIBA etc. Deciding upon the best suited contract for your development can be tricky, however with our contract administration services we can assist in the delivery of projects. 


Arrange a site visit/ online meeting, to discuss your project (including planning process, CDM regulations, procurement routes, project brief, project timeline, design aspirations, budget and appropriate consultants.


Discuss contract options that align with the project procurement route and project aspirations.


Complete contract with client and contractors, including liquidating damages, build time etc, including collateral warranties where necessary, which align with chosen contract.


Agree weekly/fortnightly site inspections throughout build programming document along the way.


Work with the appointed monetary surveyor throughout build stages and build invoices to check invoices are aligned with what is built.


Issue interim certificates along build programme.


Continue steps 5 and 6 until building is complete.


Issue final certificate and handover of site to client if building works are complete.


When complete create snagging list of defects.


Begin defects period of one year.


Revisit site one year from final certificate to inspect building is still good.

Complete contract admin role and start to look at a new feasibility study or permitted development route.
